If you are a first-time client, please pay with a credit card to schedule your first appointment.

If you are a first-time client and received a gift-certificate, you will need to set up an appointment by phone or email.

I still prefer cash payments from returning clients, however, do what works for you 🙂

It is possible that I may run 10-15 minutes behind schedule, however I do value your time and will only charge you for the time I am with you.

If you arrive and my door is closed, please wait in the waiting area across from the elevator and I will meet you there shortly.

Other than in cases of hazardous weather or sickness, please note that you will be charged the full rate of your scheduled session for any missed or canceled appointments without 48 hours notice, unless you can find someone to fill your session time.

Please reach out and reschedule if you are even a bit sick or are experiencing any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or belly upset. I will do the same for you.
